The Owner undertakes to pay the Auctioneer the following costs, plus taxes, for each of the goods sold:
1. A minimum of $50 per lot sold, regardless of the auction price.
2. An amount of $65 as an administrative fee for each registered property.
3. A sum of $65 for research costs at the RDPRM.
4. All costs relating to the maintenance and/or repair of the goods carried out before the sale as previously agreed, on presentation of invoices, increased by 10%.
5. The commission once the sale of the goods offered for sale has been executed such as:
Auction price of the lot
Commission due to the Auctioneer
$0 to $3,000 25% of the lot auction price
$3,001 to $6,000 18% of the lot auction price
$6,001 to $10,000 15% of the lot auction price
$10,001 to $30,000 10% of the lot auction price
$30,001 to $60,000 8% of the lot auction price
$60,001 or more 5% of the lot auction price
