PURCHASE TERMS AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES:

At Encan Roy, we strive to provide transparent and fair terms for equipment purchases. Please take note of the following administrative fees and payment terms.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES:

For every purchase of a lot made at the Auction, the Bidder must pay the Auctioneer an administrative fee of:

• - For lots with a purchase price equal to or less than $5,000 before taxes, a 10% administrative fee will be applied.
• - For lots with a purchase price exceeding $5,000 before taxes, a 3.5% administrative fee will be charged. However, these administration fees will not exceed a maximum of $2,500.
• - A supplementary fee of $65 will be applied for all registered vehicles.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**

• - All items are sold "AS IS" without any warranties, and we encourage thorough inspection of lots as they are made available for examination.
• - Companies, their representatives, and professionals are welcome participants in our auctions.
• - Consumers are not permitted to place bids.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION:

• - A pre-authorized deposit will be processed on your credit card. This deposit will be refunded if you do not win a lot.
• - In the event of a successful bid, the deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice.
